We travel the world to find exceptional spices, herbs and dried food ingredients, working closely with trusted growers, producers and farming communities at the source. From high-oil Saigon cinnamon and bold black pepper to Spanish saffron, paprika and countless other ingredients, we believe the best products begin with knowing where they come from, how they’re grown and the people behind them.

We’re not simply resellers. We’ve spent decades learning spices and ingredients—understanding origins, harvests, grades, flavour profiles, processing methods and what makes one product truly better than another. Our team travels directly to growing regions, builds long-term relationships with suppliers and farmers, and brings that knowledge home to our customers. When you have a question about an ingredient, we want to be the people you call.
